Which coach do you love to hate? There are some coaches who just get under your skin. There is something about them that makes you want to stand up and yell at the TV at 140 decibels. It could be their terrible play calling, their cheating, or the fact that whether they win or lose, they do it without class. Is it your team's coach? The opposing team's coach? Nick Saban? Tell us who is the coach you love to hate.

Urban Meyer is a douche.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say John Cooper gets my vote. I love to hate him because he was like 2-11-1 against Michigan... I know the 2 wins are right, hell I remember those, the losses however, could be more, surely not less.
As for current coaches, had you asked me two years ago, I'd of said Urban Meyer, and though I agree with Mack, he is a douche, I'm going with Pete Carrol. Not only is he beginning to get way too old to pull off the surfer boy look, as stated in a previous post, he always loses to a perrenial bottom feeder in the PAC-10... thus getting my vote.
Others receiving votes: Lloyd Carr, Joe Paterno, Bobby Bowden,
Butch Davis, Jim Tressel, Philip Fulmer, Les Miles and Coach Bud Kilmer.
My list, in no particular order:
Nick Saban - liar, cheat, backstabbed Dolphins and their fans
Jim Tressel - cheater, sweater vest
Rex Ryan - new addition, too cocky, acts as if he's bigger than the team
Frank Beamer - turkey neck
Jeff Van Gundy - for climbing on Zo's leg
There seems to be a trend forming. The coaches that we love to hate are undeniable winners and almost all have won National Championships. Even Bud Kilmer won two state titles and 22 district championships.
Michigan's Rich Rodriguez is a real piece of work. Ditching the West Virginia program after signing a contract extension, then initially refusing to adhere to the buyout clause, Rodriguez sealed his fate as one of the most hated men in Mountaineer history. Not until WVU launched a legal battle to retrieve the buyout sum did Rodriguez agree to fork over the money, with added help from Michigan. He deserves all the drama surrounding the Michigan program now, including disgruntled players transferring and alleged mandatory offseason practices, which are forbidden by the NCAA.
Continuing on with coaches, Bèla Károlyi is a mean SOB who subjected US women gymnasts to grueling workouts and verbal abuse, leading to possibly long-term psychological distress.
Don Shula should top this list. Although, Shula's Steakhouses are delicious!!
